FACILITATION SKILLS WORKSHOP

Change@Werk Facilitation Skills Workshop

A powerful and essential form of leadership, facilitation skills is by far one of the most valuable skills for leading any kind of group communication, problem-solving, or decision-making in this VUCA world today.

In organizations where people must work in groups to plan, decide, innovate, implement, and share responsibilities, facilitators play a critical role in designing good processes and creating an atmosphere of trust and synergy for groups to work more effectively and collaboratively towards achieving common goals.

Facilitation is both a science and an art which takes years to cultivate and nurture. With the recent pandemic situations that led to an increase in hybrid work environment, facilitators globally have also started using online collaborative tools to help companies deal with online meetings and discussions in sustaining business continuity and transformation.

Designed and facilitated by Jerlyn Tang who is a Certified Professional Facilitator Assessor for the International Association of Facilitators (IAF), and having more than 20 years of facilitation experience working with groups and corporate organizations, this 16-hour Change@Werk Facilitation Skills Workshop covers both theory and practical for in-person and online facilitation which will enable our learners to become better facilitators and effective meeting managers.
