Jerlyn Tang has more than 20 years of corporate experience in Organisational Development, Management Consultancy, Human Resource and IT Project Management.   Her corporate experience, specifically in the area of Change Management and Organisational Development, has also given her invaluable insights into understanding why people initiate or accept change, and how to engage different hierarchies of people in the corporate setting to work collaboratively towards common outcomes.

She had held the appointment of Head Change Management with the Ministry of Defence where she chaired and led a multi-service team in managing and executing one of the largest HR transformation efforts in Singapore, in successfully bringing about the cutover and implementation of one integrated, enterprise HR system in MINDEF.  She was the founder of Defence Management Group Facilitators Network who shaped the development of a team of in-house facilitators and guided them in designing and delivering many teambuilding, innovation, change and business review workshops for MINDEF and the SAF between 2007 to 2009.  She also spearheaded the Defence Management Group’s Knowledge Management Initiative which contributed to MINDEF/SAF achievements in two distinguished awards in Asia: (1) Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise Overall Winner – MAKE Asia 2010 and (2) KM Excellence Award – Platinum Award 2010.  As an internal consultant within MINDEF, she had worked with various management consultancy firms such as Boston Consulting Group, Arthur D.Little, KPMG, and Ernst & Young to conceptualise and deliver many key strategic initiatives for the organisation.

With her wealth of knowledge in people engagement and corporate management skills, her clients include teams and corporate organizations from the public and private sectors who wish to enhance their capacity to manage change, collaboration, relationships and performance.     Besides coaching people in facilitation, Jerlyn also coaches teams in leadership development and problem solving using Action Learning methodologies.

Her latest pursuit of total well-being and transformation includes deploying the concepts of I-Ching or Chinese Metaphysics in her coaching and facilitation endeavours ,and bringing the natural healing methods of aromatherapy to rejuvenate and manage our body, mind and soul.  She is extremely passionate in making positive change, and she strives to inspire people to take charge of their total well-being in order to enhance their capacity to change, learn, and grow.

Jerlyn holds Bachelor’s Degree in Science (NUS), a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, and a Graduate Certificate in Management Consultancy.  She is an Assessor &  Certified Professional Facilitator| Master (CPF|M) by the International Association of Facilitators (IAF), an Advanced Certified Behavioural Coach by the Institute of Motivational Living Inc, a  Certified Action Learning Coach by World Institute for Action Learning, a Points of You® Expert, and a Certified ACTA Trainer by the Singapore Workforce Development Agency.  She is also a Certified Emergenetics Associate with Emergenetics International.  Being one of the pioneer of the Singapore IAF Chapter, Jerlyn was also the Chapter’s President from 2015 to March 2017.  She is a I-Ching/Chinese Metaphysics practitioner and an avid photographer who enjoys travelling and connecting with nature and people.
